How were you feeling about your health & body BEFORE you began the 21 Day Program?

I was on rock bottom, I didn’t know which way to turn. I felt very bloated and hated catching a glimpse of myself in a mirror.

How do you feel NOW? What’s changed?

I am a a long way from where I want to be, but I feel so positive now and I have gained the tools to carry on feeling great and losing weight while eating normal food. No fad diets just back to basics and loving it!
