Sarah has just finished the 21 Day Program… here’s what Sarah says about the program…


How were you feeling about your health & body BEFORE you began the 21 Day Program?

Before the programme I felt fairly healthy, I’m quite active and eat pretty well, but my portion control was way off and I wasn’t seeing any results from the exercise that I was doing. I have been eating far too much of the wrong stuff for years! There are lumpy bumpy bits of myself that I hadn’t been feeling good about for years and I was really keen to see if eating in a new way would help me.

 

How do you feel NOW? What’s changed?

I feel like I’ve been deflated, but in a good way! I’m so much less bloated and I am really impressed with the results that I saw after just 1 week. It was pretty remarkable how quickly I saw changes through sticking to the eating plan. My skin is much clearer and my hair & nails are in much better condition. I just feel so much more WELL!

 

Did you find the program easy or difficult to follow?

The first 3 days of the detox were tough – generally feeling a bit rough and headachey but Rachael had warned us that the first few days would be a bit bumpy and that that this was my body’s natural response to getting rid of all the crap in my system. Because I understood what was going on this made it easier to ride it out. As soon as the detox days were behind me it was much easier. It was great to have a set menu of what I would have each day, including the snacks. Great to have access to so many quick, easy and healthy recipes and tips on how to plan ahead.

 

What would you say to someone who is considering signing up for this program?

If you’re looking for a programme that will give you all the tools that you need to make a long term change to how you cook and think about food then this is it. I was amazed to see that I had lost inches off my waist and hips after only a couple of weeks through preparing tasty, filling and nutritious food, and best of all, I wasn’t hungry!Really looking forward to putting what I’ve learned into practice and seeing what results I can achieve in another 3 weeks 🙂
