I felt tired all the time and bloated. I hated the fact I couldn't lose any weight despite trying everything. I was constantly hungry and hated what I saw in the mirror.

How do you feel NOW? What's changed?

I feel fantastic. I  have so much more energy. I have lost weight and never once felt hungry. My sleep has improved too and I like the difference in my body shape. 

Did you find the program easy or difficult to follow?

Very easy to follow. I had to plan ahead and prepare foods. In 3 weeks this had become easier to do.
