How were you feeling about your health and body BEFORE you began the 21 day program?
I had given up with food and I was slowly but surely killing myself. I would come home from work and I couldn't be bothered cooking half the time so would just eat rubbish. I hated myself
How do you feel NOW? What's changed?
AMAZING! I'm looking better, slimmer and I have even started running! I love the cookbooks, I know what I'm eating and everything that's in a meal. It's a new me!
Did you find the program easy or difficult to follow?
The first few days just trying to get over the fact of lower sugar were a bit rough but I'm feeling so much better now.

Before this program I was a mess, killing myself with the wrong food. I was exercising but the food I was eating was just rubbish. Throughout the program I've had a different meal every day - everything was amazing! The cookbooks are a defo MUST BUY. I have really stuck to this program and I've seen great results.
