But what about that horrible, disgusting

What can you do about that…?
Well, a few things – but mainly:
> Make sure you’re drinking PLENTY of water,
include herbal teas – especially fennel or peppermint – these are brilliant for alleviating tummy issues
> Keep your sugar intake LOW.
You can also beat the feelings of tiredness and lethargy by cutting yourself some slack girl…
If you feel like going for a lie down
fucking GO FOR A LIE DOWN FOR CHRIST’S SAKE….
or have a wee coffee – you’re allowed to treat yourself…
I thought I would write about this today,
‘coz I get AWFUL PMT & cravings (but mostly bad mood swings) and they’re in full swing today. RAGING.
