Sophie’s Story

"Before Transform 21 I felt fat, frumpy and very sluggish. I was going to the gym butI didn't have the energy to do anything! None of my clothes fitted me, I didn't feel comfortable or confident at all."

Now that I've finished the program, I feel like a new person! I'm seeing and feeling such a massive difference in myself, health and body wise. I feel that even after just 3 weeks, I am looking and seeing changes, knowing mentally how healthy I am being has given my confidence a huge boost and I'm learning to love my body again.

I found the program a lot easier to follow than I had anticipated. The constant support from Rachael and the group played a massive role. The biggest change for me and some others was the water intake, but just getting better slowly and trying my best day to day, with the encouragement from everyone, I found I was drinking plenty in no time!


Everything is explained in so much detail it made what's a huge lifestyle change feel as simple as riding a bike!

I have gone from a person who would just grab and go whatever was there, snacking throughout the day, eating things on my own so that people didn't see (therefore it didn't count!). I saw success stories all over the news and social media, people losing so much weight and I always though, that'll never be me, it's not possible!


I am now a person that is organised, each meal and snack prepared and ready day in day out. The new found will power, energy, confidence and drive to succeed is something that you can't put a price on! My only regret is I didn't find Rachael 5 years ago!
