21 Day Diet Rehab – How do you feel so far…?

I asked September's 21 Day Program group to tell me how they were feeling so far... here's what they said:

I'm really enjoying this programme. I love that I can see a difference but I still feel like I'm eating loads and don't feel I'm missing out on anything. I feel really motivated to keep going after the 21 days ends."
