Working with Rachael as your coach isn’t all about changing your bodyweight, losing weight, toning up and changing the way you look. Most of the time, being overweight is a result of having a bad relationship with food – and addressing the root cause of your problems is often the most difficult part.

Client Sian, who completed Transform21 in 2016, has gone on to regain her confidence, pass her driving test AND apply for college – something she never expected to happen just as a result of signing up for a 21 day ‘weight loss’ program! Proud of you, girl. Here’s what Sian has to say…

Working with Rachael on the T21 course isn’t just about food, that is literally just the tip of the iceberg!

I knew deep down I was an emotional eater and was eating to fill a few holes in my life rather than facing them. Working with Rachael made me face the things in my life that I was missing or needed to change.

Her T21 course was the first thing I had actually completed in a long while. I have this habit of going full force with something and then just giving up when things get a bit tough. So was mega proud that I completed the course and lost a fair few lbs in the process.

Since completing the course I have gone on to start driving lessons and I recently passed my driving test first time! Massive personal achievement for me. I also finally found what I would like to for a Career that I think will make me happy and so applied for a College course which I have received a place on.

It really isn’t just about food. I have reclaimed my life because I gained my confidence back again, I believe in myself again and I know I deserve these things in my life. I played it safe with everything, if I never tried then I could never fail right? Wrong! I failed the moment stopped trying anything! Those who try and keep on trying are those who are learning and winning.

When things get tough or don’t go to plan we simply re educated ourselves and are better equipped to carry on. Rachael’s support and guidance has been invaluable and I took my life back.”
