Lianne’s Story

I am currently entering into my 10th week of one to one coaching with Rachael.

To say that my outlook on my own personal wellbeing has improved is putting it mildly. Rachael has helped me improve my mind, body and soul.

Before starting this journey (it really is a journey), I was at an all time low. With Rachael's help; my own personal wellbeing has improved greatly.

I sleep better, my skin is better and my attitude to food has changed dramatically. I have also lost just under a stone in 9 weeks (added bonus). For me personally this is not only about losing weight. I want to feel better in my own skin and I can honestly say I'm well on my way.

With regards to fitness, Rachael really does know her stuff. She really does practise what she preaches. I have always been made to feel at ease and pushed at the same time. My outlook on food has been the dramatic change for me. Before working with Rachael I would often eat takeaways, sweets, fizzy drinks the list of junk is endless. I can honestly say I no longer crave junk. I eat easy to prepare healthy meals which I enjoy. Rachael's cook books are excellent.

I have a long way to go before I reach my personal goals but I know with Rachael by my side I will achieve this. I'm looking forward to what the future holds. So for anyone looking to make a change put yourself first and DO IT. You will never look back.
