How were you feeling before you did the 21 day program?
To be honest I was feeling quite miserable, having gained a fair amount of weight having my youngest I have tried many diets but nothing seemed to work, I only ended up bigger!
How do you feel now? What’s changed?
I know I still have a fair way to go but it now feels achievable…… its like seeing the light at the end of a very dark tunnel.
Did you find the program easy or difficult to follow?
I found the program really easy to follow, for the first week I followed the meal plans that Rachael has devised (I couldn’t believe how much I could eat) The second and third weeks I went ‘off piste’ but still following the programmes principles. Rachael is always available to answer any questions which was really good too.
Would you recommend this program to friends / family who you know are struggling with their weight?

I have said before ‘try it you wont regret it’ and I really mean that. I have been a serial dieter for many years with little success, having followed this program I feel healthier and happier and I know now weight loss is achievable without any gimmicks and I CAN do it.
