Geraldine’s Story

Prior to starting with Rachael, I was in a horrible place. Going from diet to diet, not seeing lasting results. Feeling sluggish and pretty hopeless. Sick to death of obsessing about food.

Now, I've completely changed. I'm eating mainly non processed foods, eating more than I thought was possible and still losing weight. I have more energy than I've had in years. My sugar and starch cravings have gone and I haven't had a migraine in months.

Rachael is a great coach, really knowledgeable, and straight talking. It feels like you are talking to a friend you've known for ages, not just your coach.

The best thing is being free from the 'diet' cycle and not obsessing about food.

My whole mindset has completely transformed. I have more confidence, don't cancel nights out because I'm not feeling great. Even if I have a meal out, my choices have improved because I feel better for eating better food.

The best decision I've ever made.
