Hug in a Mug Flu Fighter

This is a very quick and easy hot drink remedy with natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory ingredients to support your body's immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch cayenne powder
  • 1 tsp runny honey Manuka or raw local honey if possible
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together in a mug and stir
