How does it work?
It all happens online. All you need is an e-mail address and a Facebook account.
You don’t need to be super-human, super-fit to join – and you don’t need a gym membership. We’ll focus mostly on what to eat, but there are some home workouts in there as well if you choose.
Spaces are limited to 8 per program – numbers are kept very low so that your can get the personal support you deserve.
