Please complete this form 24 hours before your weekly catch up call. nnIf you are tracking your food diary on My Fitness Pal, you don't need to fill in the food diary section. If you are not, please complete the food diary section in DETAIL. Do not leave anything out.
  • Include details of your food diary over the past 7 days. Please include all food and beverage including water, teas, coffees and snack. I need to know everything, so please be honest.
  • Please make sure you weigh yourself at the exact same time each week, preferably first thing in the morning before you eat. This will mean it is an accurate reading so we can see progression.
