A 21 Day KICK START nutrition program to follow step-by-step that has an average of 10lbs / 10 inches loss in the first 3 weeks. Written and coached by Rachael (Nutritionist)

Progress Tracking

How will you know you're making progress if you don't track it? Rachael will show you what to track and how to track it

Home Workouts

2 additional at-home workouts to complete throughout the week. You don't need ANY equipment and you can do these in your living room with the curtains closed

Online Community

This is probably the best bit. A closed online group where you can interact with each other, share successes and most importantly - ask Rachael questions when you get stuck.

Accountability

Rachael as your coach to hold you accountable for following the program. We want you to get results and we know how important it is to have someone checking in on you!
