A message from your coach...

I will be with you every step of the way, no matter where you are in your journey. It is my purpose and mission in life to help women just like you achieve long lasting weight loss success, and more importantly, to enjoy the journey. This 12 month coaching program is designed for achieving just that - long term results that really work. I have worked with thousands of women over the past 9 years in both the nutrition and personal training industries and have a wealth of experience and knowledge. Together, we will start right at the beginning to create a plan that is really going to work for you, and as a small group we will all be there for each other for support along the way. I look forward to welcoming you on board, should you decide to apply for a place in 2018.

WHERE WILL YOU BE THIS TIME NEXT YEAR?

This coaching program is 12 months long, so that you have time to see the incredible benefits of making gradual changes to your lifestyle over a longer period of time. Making too many changes too quickly only leads you to feelings of overwhelm, failure and disappointment by trying to change too many things all at the same time. 


It is not designed to be restrictive and I will never dictate to you exactly what you should and should not be eating or doing. You can still live a normal life, include your friends & family in the changes you're making and still enjoy the foods you love too. This program is about finding a balance that works for you so that you can finally break free from the misery of constantly being in a restrictive binge eating cycle.

PAY MONTHLY


Pay Monthly - £99.00 per month 

50% deposit of first month required to reserve space on this program with first payment to be made on Monday 1st January 2018. You are contracted for 12 months. Only 5 places available. By application only. Closing date for applications 31st December 2017 or when the program is fully booked if before then.
